how NILLAIKALAKKI changed me

In today's world, crime has risen at each and every single places. However, all of us must protect ourselves or family members from bodily harm from the attacks of an aggressor by the defence. Self-defence is "the use of reasonable force to conserve from danger person in an existence-threatening situation". Regardless, of the school to require self-defence classes to children and also youngsters. So, they're easy to escape and defend easily by not hurting themselves as martial art classes helps us in self-defence. Everyone has their own notion to choose martial art classes as their wish, from my opinion Nillaikalakki silambam is the martial art that I loved the most. Nillaikalakki changed me in all parts of life.
There are numerous style and different types of silambam but the Nillaikalakki silambam is the best ones among the other silambam as this silambam teaches self-discipline and is the most widespread style in South India, and is well known in Penang, Malaysia. The styles of Nillaikalakki differ from one another in terms of grip, posture, foot work and also the length of the stick. Silambam may either be practiced for the purpose of self-defence or as a hobby. A long stick is used in silambam which is usually about 1.68 meters. The size of the stick is associated with the user's height. It was supposed to reach the forehead about three fingers from the top of the head, but different lengths usually used for their own comfortless.
Furthermore, Nillaikalakki's martial arts master, Master Anbananthan is a very dedicated and highly motivated person who transformed me into a well-bounded individual. He also made me a flexible person when I started learning this silambam. Flexibility is also, asunder of stretching to make an essential tool in anti-aging because accumulating flexibility one forfeits the manner over and arises more energetic performance with fluidity and ease. Nilaikalakki silambam is a guide for me as this silambam cultivated me in the correct path for a person to be eligible in flexibility of practising towards lengthening to ensure that we take care of ourselves. The silambam stick is about twirling and it is with the momentum. It is also essential for the whole body and brain, get pressure point and circulation to extend body muscles by myself. Moreover, this silambam also helps me to be healthy and also burn visceral fats from obtaining bodyweight.
Moreover, Nillaikalakki silambam changed me more in agility. Agility is to change the position of the body rapidly and effectively. In Nillaikalakki martial arts to evade the attack or get open to launch an attack example moving laterally in order to avoid an opponent blow and thus being able to quickly counter to attack against an off the opponent. Nillaikalakki teaches me the ability to move quickly to change one direction to another direction to avoid the attacks and help to improve silambam stick is to balance reaction of the speed. When the child starts moving out independently, it is important to teach the child various methods for kids are one of the best ways to promote healthy mental, physical and emotional development of the young kids. They must learn martial arts to protect themselves from criminal activities, Nillaikalakki teaches self-defence in order for themselves to be motivated, to find their inner strength and build-up their endurance levels. Nillaikalakki silambam enables them to stand up for themselves and mature into a self-assured and confident youth. Nillaikalakki changed me in many different ways, one of it is confidence. Nillaikalakki is a way of living that changed my life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It helps me to stay focused and empowered inner energy to face any adverse situation. Getting along with Nillaikalakki boosts my mind even by enrolling myself in the first silambam training session.
Not to forget about, Nillaikalakki improves a character. You learn respect, discipline, how to cooperate, and how to be humble. This is all part of perfecting our art. We work with our partners and learn from your instructor in a setting where bowing and showing a respect after and before the training, helping each other is the norm. We must be focus and be open to being corrected. We use criticism to improve ourselves. The Nillaikalakki silambam is a great environment for learning the importance of perseverance and excellence. And this is why my master always call Nillaikalakki silambam is the a way of life. It permeates a person's life and creates solid relationships and a sense of justice and respect. These are among the reasons why Nillaikalakki is so important.
As the conclusion, martial art is an act of self defence that everyone can learn easily and master it if they have the willpower to do it and it will be useful if we know the right method and the technique with an effective strategy. A-wise one will know their limit and should never put themselves in a potential crime scene. Arational one will put their ego aside and admit their weaknesses. However, a gentleman will be the one who have the nature of responsibilities to protect themselves and also everyone. Furthermore, from the art of Nillaikalakki comes a love of learning and an understanding of the deeper meaning of learning. A person is able to tackle problems in very direct and logical ways; while also understanding the spontaneous nature of all things in life; simply put, life is continuous learning, can be lived truly and understood directly, and though most of life is a huge, sometimes difficult, surprise, it can be lived fully, completely, totally, and spontaneously as Nillaikalakki is the way of life!
